I am offering for sale my 1997 model, Bourgeois Blues guitar. This is an all Koa guitar that is built using the Slope D , or Gibson J-45 shape. This guitar was built to be very player friendly when using a slide. The fretboard is much flatter than on other Bourgeois guitars ( very similar to a L-19 Larrivee that I once owned) and plays very easily. This guitar was designed and built using the ladder bracing system for the top bracing. The guitar is in very near mint condition with no fret wear that I can see, and no scratches or dings that I have found after a thorough inspection. This guitar will come with a Fishman soundhole pickup installed. It has a 1-3/4 nut width and the action is set at about 7/64ths at the 12th fret to facilitate playing with a slide.
